Digital Delivery Policy
JISM is a digital subscription service, not a physical product. Everything is delivered instantly through WhatsApp — there is nothing to ship and no delivery fees ever apply.
1. What you receive
Your subscription gives you access to the JISM AI health coach inside WhatsApp — meal, calorie and macro logging, workout/water/weight tracking, personalized targets, reminders and your progress dashboard, according to the plan you chose.
2. How & when it's delivered
- Access is delivered digitally and automatically to the WhatsApp number you enter at checkout.
- Activation is immediate in most cases, and always within 24 hours of a successful payment.
- There is no physical shipment, courier, or tracking — simply open WhatsApp and start chatting with JISM on the number you subscribed with.
3. Confirming your activation
Once payment succeeds, your plan is linked to your WhatsApp number and your features unlock automatically. If you're not sure your subscription is active, send JISM a message and it will confirm your current plan.
4. If something goes wrong
If your subscription isn't active within 24 hours of payment, please contact support@jism.health. We'll activate it for you, and if we're unable to deliver the service we'll issue a full refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Availability
JISM works anywhere WhatsApp is available. It is Arabic-first and fully bilingual, and is designed first for users in Egypt and the wider Arabic-speaking region.
