Refund & Cancellation Policy
JISM is a digital subscription service delivered entirely through WhatsApp. Because access is granted and activated immediately after payment, this policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.
1. Subscriptions & billing
- JISM is offered as a monthly subscription, billed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) through our payment provider, Paymob.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month and is charged to your saved payment method until you cancel.
- Your subscription is activated immediately on the WhatsApp number you provide at checkout.
2. Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time — there is no commitment and no cancellation fee.
- Cancelling stops your next renewal. You keep full access for the rest of the billing period you've already paid for, and you simply won't be charged again.
- We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the remaining days of a period after you cancel.
- To cancel, email support@jism.health or message us on WhatsApp, and we'll turn off auto-renewal for your number.
3. Refunds
Because JISM is a digital service that is delivered and consumed the moment your subscription is activated, all payments are final and non-refundable, including renewal charges. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of use, or for time remaining after a cancellation.
4. Exceptions — when we will refund
To be fair, we will issue a full refund in these specific cases:
- We couldn't activate your service. If a technical problem on our side prevents us from activating your subscription on your WhatsApp number and we can't fix it, we'll refund that charge in full.
- Duplicate or incorrect charge. If you were charged more than once for the same period, or charged in error, we'll refund the extra amount.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paymob, typically within 5–14 business days (the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer).
5. How to request a refund
Email support@jism.health within 14 days of the charge, from or referencing the WhatsApp number on your account, and include the date and amount of the payment. We'll review and respond within a few business days.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
