JISM for clinics, dietitians, gyms and coaches

How it works
The partner adds a client by phone number. For a clinic or dietitian, the client receives an invitation naming the partner and accepts it; no food diary is shared before that. From then on the client uses JISM as normal, logging meals, workouts and weight in the chat, and the partner follows along in the portal.
What a clinic or dietitian gets
- The client's diary. Meals, macros, water, weight and training, day by day.
- Prescribed targets. The dietitian sets calories and macros in grams, and JISM uses those numbers for the client instead of its own. If the client later changes them, or their progress suggests a review, the dietitian is told.
- A triage list. Clients are sorted by who is off track, who stopped logging and who is doing well, so the first screen of the day shows where to spend time.
What a gym, coach or store gets
Partners who do not provide nutrition care see activity rather than the food diary: who is active, a seven-day activity strip, how often each client logs, and their subscription status. A partner can subscribe a client directly, and the client is notified on WhatsApp.
Consent and control
A food diary is shared only after the client accepts, never because a partner claims it. A partner who only sees activity cannot read what the client eats. The client can see who has access from their own dashboard and withdraw it at any time. Partner accounts are created by the JISM team, not by self-signup.

Frequently asked questions
Can a dietitian follow a client's food diary on WhatsApp?
Yes. Through the JISM partner portal, a dietitian can follow the food diary, weight and training of a client who has accepted their invitation, while the client keeps logging on WhatsApp.
Can the dietitian set the client's targets?
Yes. A clinic partner can prescribe calories and macros in grams, and JISM applies them for that client instead of its own calculation.
Does the client have to agree?
For the food diary, yes. A clinic or dietitian sees nothing until the client accepts the invitation, and the client can withdraw access at any time. Gyms and stores see activity only, never food.
How do partners pay for clients?
Partners buy prepaid credit and use it to renew a client's Standard or Pro plan, with a volume discount on larger purchases.
